Drawn to the water, Hendrik is fortunate to call Treasure Island home. A native German who left his home country to work and study in New York, Mexico City, Spain and The Netherlands, Hendrik speaks three languages and possesses a sympathetic mix of traits: German “discipline and punctuality”, New Yorker “grit” and Latin “easy-going attitude”.

His career in Real Estate began with the German company Engel & Voelkers, the world’s leader in ultra-luxury Real Estate and lifestyle. In his first year, Hendrik became a top-producer for the company, listing and selling million-dollar homes right from the get-go.

An International Business Management graduate, Hendrik quickly conveys trust on a professional and personal level.

Steven Charlton

Being raised as a southern gentleman, Steven Charlton brings southern hospitality to everyone he meets and treats them with the utmost respect.

As a Real Estate Consultant, he is always there with a helping hand and the goal to go above and beyond, every step of the way. Coming from a large family, Steven knows the memories you make in a home and how important it is to love where you live. His greatest accomplishment is his family, so it is no surprise that he becomes “like family” to the clients he gets to work with.

The combination of passion for serving others and industry knowledge, allows you to relax knowing that Steven will be professional and make sure each step goes as smoothly as possible. With previous experience as Director of Sales and Operations, and Project Management, it is no surprise Steven also works with developers to get projects built and sold.

I’ve served as a bodywork and yoga professional for over a decade and have worked with hundreds of men and women to co-create confidence and ease in their bodies and lives. This has made me a calm, flexible and self-assured leader and has shaped my approach to working with clients by recognizing the unique needs of individuals. As your agent, much like your yoga teacher, my aim is to establish your goals and guide you seamlessly through the buying and selling process.

Growing up in a small coastal town in North Carolina impressed upon me the importance of preservation and environmental stewardship. I share SeaSalt’s commitment to our community both above and below the water line and am excited to share the coastal lifestyle that I so happily live. I moved to the St. Pete area to return to my beach roots and start my family. Like everyone who falls in love with the greater Tampa Bay area, I too am a beach-walking, dog-loving, sunshine-soaking, sports fan! In my play time I enjoy quality family time, paddle boarding, biking, dining, dancing or attending one of our beautiful dog parks and beaches. Gregory Sasser

Gregory Sasser is a true Florida native! Born and raised in South Tampa, he attended Christ The King Catholic School right off of the renowned Dale Mabry Highway, then Jesuit High School of Tampa located next to Raymond James Stadium (Home of The Tampa Bay Buccaneers) on Himes Avenue, and lastly attended The University of Tampa where he played on the Men’s College Soccer Team for all four years. He graduated with a Degree in Finance from UT and has worked in that industry for the past ten years while also developing his real estate expertise at the same time.

Living in and around Tampa for over 30 years has given Gregory the necessary expertise and knowledge to navigate Florida’s West Coast market, which he in turn uses to help guide his clients when buying and selling. Include that with his finance background in contract negotiations, and he is a Realtor everyone wants to partner with!

Gregory’s most recent real estate investment was a waterfront home in Clearwater so that he could truly live and experience the “SEASALT lifestyle”.

In his free time, he loves to travel internationally, paddle-board, hike, and play soccer.

Four years ago when Natalie’s husband’s job transferred their family to the Tampa Bay area, she knew St Pete Beach would end up being their forever home. Most of her favorite childhood memories were made by the ocean and she is excited to give her daughters the same opportunity.

Born and raised in NYC, every summer weekend Steve would go to one of the many public beaches around NYC or the nearby suburbs. It lit the love for the beach and all the cultural offerings that came with living there in him.

Steve majored in Construction Business Management at NYU and had his own businesses in the field while living in NYC and Kansas City.

Having visited most of the countries in Europe and the Middle East as well as the East Coast of the US, it was Florida Steve wanted to call home. It seemed like the perfect choice.

In his off-time he could be at the beach, swimming, sailing or surfing!

Valerie Lucey

Valerie was born in the renowned wine region of Bordeaux, France. Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in administration and accountancy at the age of 17, she immediately started her professional career working in various executive administrative capacities where she acquired a significant level of professional and profound experience. Valerie first tasted success many years ago as Founder and CEO of “Holiday Cottages and Bed & Breakfast” which was ambiently nestled within the charm and intimacy of her family vineyard. Valerie prides herself on her instinct for distinctive style and grace. Later, she founded her “Image & Style Consultant” business, that to this day, remains a very rewarding and passionate venture. Without regard to age and with sheer determination, Valerie decided to make a bold move to the U.S. on an international student visa and with the challenge to learn a new language. Born in New York, raised in Los Angeles, European recording star, and imbued with Greek and Russian descent … Turu is endowed with a wealth of experience and engagement among diverse peoples from all over the globe. Raised by two very entrepreneurial parents that created very successful independent companies Turu’s first launch into her professional career started as a student of method acting, film work, and a lover of music. Eventually It was her love for music and her talent that led to a recording contract, recording albums, and concert tours throughout Europe. Subsequent to this successful venture, Turu’s mindset pivoted to starting a family and she moved to Colorado. It was in Colorado Springs where Turu’s success momentum continued to flourish. There she both started a family and built a mother/daughter dream restaurant/bakery/wholesale food business offering gluten free products. Coquette’s Bistro & Bakery became an overnight success with a 5-state Whole Foods contract for many of her products. Additionally, her restaurant of 50 employees was very successful as a 5-star dining venue over 15 years in Colorado Springs until COVID made her rethink her passion. She decided to sell her business and pursue Wellness as a certified Pilates instructor and Real Estate investment. Although well-traveled throughout the world, it was her love for real estate that finally anchored her passion to the Tampa Bay area. Investing in both commercial and residential properties, she discovered her love for architecture and design and eventually decided to make it a career by acquiring her real estate license. Stella Novitzky

Stella is a desired Broker Associate living and working in the Tampa Bay area. She moved to USA in 1987 and after more than 17 years in Real Estate, her knowledge of the different neighbourhoods is priceless.

Stella understands the challenges, anxieties and the joys of relocating: Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she lived in Patagonia for a while until she emigrated to South Africa. After living in Bloemfontein, she moved to Cape Town and stayed there for 10 years. Geraldine learned to surf growing up in Hawaii. When she moved to the Gulf from Virginia Beach, Geraldine learned to sail at USF!

Cheryl Timmins

I attended Sophie Newcomb College in New Orleans, LA and graduated with a BA in Psychology. After getting an M.Ed in Early Childhood Emotional Disturbances from Tulane University, also in New Orleans, LA, I was an Educational Director for a residential treatment for emotionally disturbed boys in Louisiana.

From 1982-1984, I became a realtor with Merrill Lynch in Northern Virginia. After a move to Dallas, Texas in 1984, I sold new construction with Drees Homes from 1984-198 8 and became a Broker/Associate in 1986. In 1988, I moved to Florida and became a realtor with Mount Vernon Realty and a Broker/Associate in 1990. I worked on Longboat Key, Florida with Coldwell Banker Previews, followed by Prudential Palms Realty and Re/Max Properties on the Mainland. Since 2010, I’ve been a licensed real estate broker in Florida. I became licensed in New Orleans, La and a Broker/Associate in 2013-2023. In 2022, I relocated back to St. Petersburg, FL and hung my Brokers license with Seasalt Properties in November.

I follow a ‘hands-on’ approach with my clients, helping buyers and sellers from initial contact through closing. It’s important to me to maximize value for my clients while simplifying the real estate process.

I believe in the value of satisfied clients and positive referrals.

In 1996, due to my volunteerism, I was chosen to carry the Olympic torch when it came through Sarasota, Florida on the way to the Atlanta Olympics. Since then I’ve donated a portion of every commission to the charity of choice of my buyer and seller. Just another way of giving back.

Hauke lives primarily in Hamburg, Germany. He founded a successful Advertising Agency and has been servicing large Real Estate corporations for many years.

His wife Stephanie, his daughter Lilly and son Philipp and Hauke have a history of vacationing under the Florida sun. Since 2016, they are proud owners of a condo on the Intracoastal on Sunset Beach, Treasure Island.
